Wills usually have very strict signing and witnessing requirements.  The Government has today made temporary changes to the Wills Act 2007 to allow Wills to be signed and witnessed via video conference, while the COVID-19 epidemic notice remains in force.

Some minor changes will need to be made to a Will to utilise this change, however this will allow those urgent Wills to be completed while we are still in lockdown, or partial lockdown.

We can help you with your Will, even during these uncertain times. Please reach out to one of the team if you need an urgent Will during the COVID-19 lockdown, or if you have any questions.
